Removed some unecessary lines from prevous Owner of the Addon.

+ Added A Rope/Hook Option Menü to change Rope Length and Width. Can be called with Keybind R

+ Added the ability to remove the cloest hook within 100 radius range to delete strangers hooks can be done with left click

- Removed old Leftclick function
- Removed old Keybind R function

# Fixed Roper Probability Holo Colors. Its Red now when you look at the world and green when on entity or players

[+] Added Sound Effect when placing a Hook
[+] Added Sound Effect when a rope is being created between hooks

[-] Removed Reload Function because its unneeded and later im going to add a menu where you can set the rope length via slider, rope width via slider and the rope material

[#] Fixing Roper Holo | Should be green when looking at Entitys and Red when looking at non entitys
