Fixed a bug that i'm not entirely sure how it happened, but all icons should render properly now.

changed the size of the icon so it doesn't look bad on the workshop

immediately fixed it for the next patch which is already there so yeah

- Added Everything/Zenith seed icon (it is an animated one, so it was truly painful)
- Changed the workshop menu world icons
- Added a border to the workshop menu resource pack icons for uniformity
- Added a border to the character selection icons for uniformity

- Quickly added the post-moon lord border icon (I may or may not have forgotten to originally)

- Added The Constant seed icons
- Added Don't Dig Up seed icons
- Added No Traps seed icons
- Fixed an issue where original seed icons (crimson, corruption, drunk, and their hardmode variants) were not being changed by the pack

(i only showed off one of each, its the same overlay on hardmode/other world evil)
