Added optional parameters in MP for SOG whitelisted arsenal, SOG radio support, and SOG ambient voices. Fixed issue that sometimes broke whitelisted arsenal in MP. Updated radio support options including nighttime flares. Improved enemy AI artillery script.

added check to get teammates into insertion chopper - sometimes wasn't reliable on dedicated servers. updated radio support - more boom boom available. greater chance for enemy tunnel complexes. updated objective selections for more 'nam type missions. now able to select up to 5 objectives. added ability for enemy AI to call in artillery on any player-friendly units.
