●A new ascension perk for peace-loving players: Expatriate Service
○Allow machine maids to set up expatriate branches on the planets of neutral or friendly countries (even on a planet of mega corp!)
○The purpose of branches is not to make profits, but to improve the diplomatic relationship (according to the empire sprawl and the proportion of served population in the total population)
○Branch buildings provide great gains for the planet, produce unity and influence for us, and bring diplomatic and intelligence assistance
○The ultimate goal is to use the dual factors of diplomacy and strength to make the organic empires be obedient to you, so as to provide shelter for the whole galaxy
