Link rot should now be permanently fixed, as I've uploaded every object using this map to my cloud.

-updated appearance of terrain keyword mouseover text
-fixed broken textures/effects
-added a sandstorm effect to distinguish the map from it's non-extended version
-moved some terrain around
-lumped terrain keywords to improve playability
