Modified to support Thunder Under The Ice update for turret upgrades.

- Removed top-right Railgun
- Removed bottom-right Railgun
- Converted top-middle turret to Turret Hardpoint
- Converted bottom-middle turret to Turret Hardpoint
- Converted front-facing turret to Turret Hardpoint
- Assigned single Loader to each turret
- Reorganized every Loader to match Periscope locations
