game balance shit
- updated depcrecated "vision shutters/blockers" to new "invisible wall rocks"
- added more suicide bomber alt spawns
- added civilian escape zones

fun things
- readded boat
- changed map edge places (is it invisible walls now or what)
- shifted entire map to the left a bit
- updated it so the river wind thing doesnt play after combat
- minor painting fixes
