Minor Improvements: Reduced constraint count from 1783con. to 1346con. by no-colliding bombs

Field Artillery V2:

- Improved Reliability: The firing mechanism has been completely redesigned, with significantly improved reliability. There is also a backup oxygen canister that the player can shoot to fire the cannon.
- More Canister Shot: The cannon now launches 50% more canister shot (48 steel balls) down range compared to the previous version (32 steel balls)
- Improved Mobility: The player can now move the cannon forward and backward, using NUMPAD + and NUMPAD - respectively.

* The seat on top of the cannon has been removed, as it no longer protects the player from the blast. From now on, the player is encouraged to use the camera sights (NUMPAD 0) to sight the cannon. *
