Remove debug prints (sorry about that)

Add MCM toggle for disabling mod during challenges

Update to not convert Blank Card, Placebo or Clear Rune to a pocket active (since these active items are useless when pocketed because they check for your current pocket item, which would be the pocket actives themselves)

Update description to be more legible and mention that the mod does not activate for challenges

Update to save/load mod info upon exiting/loading a game
