-major performance improvements
-re-work of how enemies at installations are spawned
-add civilians in rice paddys
-add ambient animals
-renable AI cigs
-move installation spawning to happen at mission start and make players wait
-slightly reduce AI count
-new roadblock composition
-add FPS monitor param
-tweak view distance
-add static weapons to enemy boats (sometimes)
-fix bug where too many enemies had maps

-completely revamped spawning system for enemy installations (spawn much faster now)
-new installation compositions
-smoke at crash sites now dynamically spawns if players are close
-eliminated enemy campsites and ammo caches (they were kind of pointless)
-performance improvements when spawning AI
-dynamically set view distance during PUBG mode when players are in the air
-improved ambient airstrike position finder
-improved tiger spawn position finder
-slightly reduce number of AI spawning in towers/bunkers
-improved destructability of buildings
-increased AI skill
-limit total AI spawned with larger number of players
-some AI now smoke cigs
-adjust airdrop items
-remove civilians at villages for now
-SAM sites will now randomly shoot down insertion aircraft in PUBG mode
-fix to prevent daytime spawns from happening before dawn
