-move attacking snakes to server-side, now you can see and shoot snakes attacking your teammates
-snakes jump at players when they bite
-add parachutes, blood splatter, and other stuff to garbage collector
-slightly increase AI skill
-tigers jump at players when they attack and have improved animations
-fixed AI voices + speaking
-all vehicles within 50m of players will crush grass if they drive over it
-enemy now speak/yell out when they spot players, flee, fire artillery, and in other situations
-enemies with radio backpacks play a radio sound periodically
-debug HALO jump now waits til all players are down
-players yell when attacked by snakes
