*Update*

-Added a basic katana NPC weapon. ( No grenades, shurikens, stealth, etc ) Will still run in a crouched animation as it does on the normal stealth katana.

-Slighty Increased the damage for the M4A1

-NPCs will now drop katana props instead of the katana just disappearing

-Fixed some bugs
