v0.2.1: fixed the incompatibility with 81tiles (and probably with unlocking tiles while in-game, though no-one complained about that)

v0.2.0: rewrote the patches to ensure that ROTTERdam only runs when the terrain actually has been changed. Hopefully adresses the performance issues.

Also renamed the "hide cliff texture" to "overwrite terrain appearance" because it does more than just hide the cliff texture.
