1.6 update! No longer requires harmony

Finally fixed for 1.5 now I'm done with uni work. Apologies for the delay :)
Special thanks to @Mystia Lorelei for the heads up on the folder structure. I feel very stupid indeed

1.4 update! Let me know if anything's broken

Should have fixed the issue where removing a mod that added drugs would cause errors on right click.
My code base is quite messy so if anything is broken let me know :)

Forgot to add scrolling to settings menu...

Added settings for all drugs

Added support for:
- Coagulation Meds
- Fallout Stimpaks
