Tweaked security cabinet spawn rates a bit

Made torpedoes unstackable (in PVE you won't need more than a couple at a time anyway, and in PVP it's a balancing point).

Updated launcher texture again, now it isn't a LAW (and has more detail + rust)

New launcher graphic, now it is shoulder mounted too

Made em holdable as well, if your inventory is full
