i broke something, so i had to fix it

Added autospawners for fortress combine and rebels, extended fog distance, added z-culling plane, and fog toggle button, many texture tweaks, lots more model fades, bug fixes

Fixed water a bit

Fixed rebel spawning and disabled collisions on a light model

Added buttons that remove Combine or Rebel NPCs
