made nodegraph file newer than the map file

when distributing .ain files for a Source game or mod on Steam, you'll get the error "nodegraph out of date, rebuilding ..." for every user, this happens because the .ain file last modified date is older than the .bsp. You can simply work around this by adding ai_norebuildgraph 1 into the autoexec.cfg.
