- New keyboard shortcut (Alt+Space) to quickly hide toolbar panels

Unlike closing a panel, you can continue placing selected assets when the panels are hidden
This should be useful when the panels are expanded to 3+ rows
YAT's main button will be shown in inverted colors when this feature is active

- When the quick menu pop-up is shown, it will no longer block you from interacting with other UI elements

- Changed the way to move the +/- button
RIGHT-click & drag to move the button

- When the number of rows is changed in the quick menu pop-up, the panels will be forced into expanded mode to show the change
