Hotfix #2 for Version '1.0.1'
-Taking the focus that gives you Vertibird Schematics also gives the air tech needed to actually research Vertibirds
-Added more manpower at game start. This should fix the long standing issue of the starting divisions reinforcing and then losing their veterancy. In total adds about 300 more manpower, should make the start a little easier as well.

Changelog - Version 1.0.1 'Cleaning the Camp'
This update makes 'The Exile' compatible with both NSB as well as OWB 4.0. It has been quite a while, but we are finally here. Apologies for such a long wait, but I figured this is a decent, albeit late, 1 year anniversary gift for the submod!

-New focus tree GFX from the 4.0 update

#Changed
-You can now change manpower laws from the beginning (QoL change)
-Removed a couple of very overpowered advisors (still kept a few though)

#Fixed
-Moving your cpatial to Last Bastion actually moves your capital
-State names are no longer broken
-Advisors are back in!
-A plethora of bugs that caused the mod to crash. Note this required a lot of manual rewriting, including the characters, so please let me know if there are new bugs/crashes.

Known Issues:
The Brotherhood Military Industrial Complex decisions are broken
The Reconciliation Path is broken (To be updated)

Small Update for OWB - The Exiles
-The focus 'Open for Business' now creates a trade node in New Novos.
-The focus 'The New Capital of Oregon' will now remove the Lost Hills 'Exiles' modifier.
-Updated some old, dusty GFX with new and improved ones.
-Updated the mod to work with the latest version of Hearts of Iron.
