Spl, Arg, Tel, Par M and S modules storage increased.

In hindsight I think I made the Spl, Arg, Tel and Par M and S modules way too small. The problem is that the Container storage of those races are significantly smaller than the Liquid and Solid. I originally just made the modules slightly smaller than the container versions but that results in S modules that hold less ore than a mining ship
