-Made a change to unhide the tax bonus icon. I hid it before to avoid showing some bonuses and penalties in the faction select screen when starting a new Grand Campaign, because these were pushing other icons off the bottom of the list. However the bad thing about this was that it was causing the tax bonus icons from being hidden on some buildings, which was the greater of two evils.
