Turned timeScale and drawCallQueue to globals because the effects couldn't reach them anymore.

This fixed the timescale and UI effects.

Update config screen to include individual effect control and the save, cancel and reset buttons.

Modified the airstrike effect to actually shoot rockets at your general direction.

Added the airstrikes effect! Credits to GGProGaming & tezlynreardon for the idea.

Current list of effects:

Instant death -- Can be turned off in the options.
Launch Player Up
Jetpack -- Space to fly.
Launch Player -- Into any direction, credits to Creation's for this one.
Explode Player -- Doesn't kill you.
Set Player On Fire -- Currently doesn't hurt you but burns the environment.
Remove Current Vehicle
Hole'd Up -- Digs you into a hole.
Stope And Stare -- Severely lowers movement speed and pulls you out of vehicles.
My Glasses! -- Blurs vision
0.2x Gamespeed
0.5x Gamespeed
Smokescreen
Take A Break
Invincibility
Teleport To Spawn
One Hit KO
I'm Tired
