Updated for Royal Court/Fleur-de-lis. Tweaks the hire court physician to increase AI uptake of doctors in line with v1.5 enabling AI to take the decision; AI will check the decision every 6 months rather than every 5 years, and can take the decision even if they are at war; they will now need 30 gold. Adds/keeps player alert when the doctor position is vacant.
