Removed displaying given weapon names in chat for some randomats as getting weapon names was causing excessive network traffic on loading a new map

This includes: 'Everyone has their favourites!', 'Everyone has their least favourites!', and 'What it's like to be ...'

Fixed being given the duel revolver during the western randomat while dead if you go AFK

All convars no longer save on change, you now have to use your server.cfg file, or listenserver.cfg file to change convars.

This was due to saving convars causing players to not be able to join servers at all if there were too many saved at once

Fixed Pack-a-Punch upgrading a weapon during "Simon Says" causing the weapon to be removed
