Fixed 'Unbelievable Guilt', 'Don't RDM...' and 'I'm The Captain Now.' not working with tfa guns, helped 'Simon Says' to not pick the same person over and over

Removed some confusing names from the freeze randomat, frezze randomat now only triggers if another randomat mod adds the event, added 9 new randomats, fixed 'You've been golden deagled' and changed it's name to 'Don't RDM...', base files no longer load if Malivil's randomat mod is installed which ensures the latest version is used.
