Thanks to my friend HarionPlayZ, the addon has a new console command to change the chance of the killmove happening.

Here it is: bsmod_wontairr_dl2_jumpkillmove_chance #
(Replace the "#" with a number from 0-4. 0 being no chance, and 4 being 100% chance)

DISCLAIMER: Due to BSMod base being buggy sometimes, the chance convar could not work.

Quick code change

Made the blood particle more visible, and made it work on players/zombie torsos.
