Nerfs
- If Starter gets parried, he will lose 20 ammo
- Volt Rifle now only does hitstun and knockback at extremely close range. Long range also no longer slows down the opponent, and if a shot gets parried it does a little more damage (5->6) and a bit more knockback to Starter

- Starter can now choose to use the smaller, less costly version of UAir and DAir by holding Attack
Nerfs
- Increased ammo cost of DAir and UAir (10->15), and decreased their hitbox size slightly (35->30)
Fixes / Other Changes
- When the block gets parried directly, it gets destroyed
