v1.43
Buffs
- NSpecial now comes out faster (f17->13), and the initial hitbox is a bit bigger
- You can now aim NSpecial as soon as it starts. Before, you could only aim it up/down after the initial hit and if you were still holding SPECIAL, which made it feel kinda clunky. Now you can hold any direction you want at any point, and Starter will aim there as soon as the initial hit ends
- Comet Blaster projectiles from NSpecial and BAir don't weaken nearly as quickly as before when traveling horizontally or downward, making it more effective at range
- FSpecial weapon swap now has less startup (f12->f9)
- DSpecial throw is now a bit stronger both in the air and on the ground, and the grab hitbox is a bit bigger
- FTilt and BAir now do a bit more knockback
- DAir now stays transcendent for longer, and both DAir and UAir now have a bigger hitbox when they initially come out (before shrinking down to normal hitbox size)
- FStrong now comes out a little faster (f23->f19), and fires a Plasma Fist projectile even when uncharged (although shorter ranged)
- DStrong now releases a shockwave at half charge as well, not just full charge
- FTilt, DTilt, FAir, NAir, and FStrong now have a bit more range
- DAttack slam now does a bit more knockback, and Starter goes higher up when grabbing something (unless you're holding downward, in which case it goes as high as before)
- Hitting DSpecial block with BAir now lets you fire afterwards
- More of Starter's projectiles (NSpecial, BAir, UAir, DAir) are now plasma safe, because epic
Nerfs
- New NAir now comes out a little bit slower (f7->f9)
Fixes / Other Changes
- Improved several animations such as FTilt, DTilt, FAir, FStrong, etc
- NAir has also been completely reanimated. It functions similarly to before otherwise, but it's bigger and has slightly different stats
- Hitting DSpecial block now sets has_hit to true for any characters that hit it (which is also why the new BAir thing works)
- Stronger hit SFX now plays on NSpecial, BAir, DAir, and UAir
- Starter now has Kewtian Drip if you press SPECIAL during the beeg taunt (credit to Skycrafter for the edit)

Buffs
- Increased armor on FStrong (5->6, 9->14), and increased bkb (8->9) and kbs (1.2->1.25) on the sweetspot. Also decreased startup slightly (f25->f23)
- Increased armor on DStrong (10->16), and increased bkb (8->9) and kbs (1.23->1.3) on the sweetspot
- Decreased startup on UStrong a bit (f19->f15)
- FAir now has an alternative sweetspot for grounded opponents which doesn't spike, making it more of a threat on-stage. While the old spike sweetspot only hits aerial opponents (obviously)
- Increased FAir sweetspot dmg (11->12), and decreased startup again slightly (f17->f15)
- NAir got similar changes to the above, with the old sweetspot hitting aerial opponents and a new grounded-only sweetspot being added. Also, these sweetspots are now priority over other hitboxes, making it easier to spike with
- Decreased NAir endlag a bit (30->23), as it seemed a bit excessive
- Increased fully-charged Charge Shot dmg (10->12) and kbs (0.9->1.05)
- Decreased startup (f21->f15) and endlag (22->12) of Volt Rifle, and also made it cancel after the first shot (and in general much quicker once you release the button) This stuff should hopefully make it fit its purpose a bit better as a Fox-laser type of move

Nerfs
- To make up for NAir being easier to spike with, the kbs was reduced slightly (0.55->0.5), and the hitbox is a bit smaller (35->30)

Fixes / Other Changes
- Fixed a bug where DStrong's grab hit was techable
- Stronger armor windows on certain moves (FStrong, FAir, etc) now come out at the same time as the hitbox (previously, they were delayed by 1 frame)
- Made FAir and UTilt feel stronger with added SFX and screenshake
- Added SFX and screenshake to walk and run
- Added the no ammo SFX on UAir and DAir when Starter has too little ammo to use them
- Canon mode now always fires the big Bomb on UAir and big bubble on DAir
- Added title to Boxing Ring stage
- Upgraded to munophone touch

Buffs
- Aerial DAttack bkb increased (5->6). Mostly just makes it feel more satisfying by launching further at low %, so its more a rebalance, but still
Nerfs
- Reverted Railgun ammo cost (30->40), and increased startup (22->26)
- Lowered DAttack slam hitstun a little (1.0->0.9)
- Aerial DAttack now releases earlier off-stage, and kbs was reduced (0.6->0.3). The spike should kill later overall and hopefully be more of an edgeguard setup than a free kill
- Reduced horizontal speed when doing rapid jab by a little bit (4->3)

- DStrong shockwaves kbs decreased (.8->65) (these werent really meant to kill as well as they did)
Fixes / Other Changes
- Fixed a bug where if DStrong dragged someone off a platform above Starter and the move was charged enough to spawn shockwaves, the shockwave would hit the opponent instead of the actual punch. Now they should get hit by the punch itself as intended
