- Ball/Tracer mix for GPMG belts changed to 4 Ball/1 Tracer to match historic loadout

Notes:
- Magazine names pushed in the last update (sp_fwa_100Rnd_762) will be maintained for a while but removed in a later update, no longer accessible in editor/arsenal

Since there have been some issues with versioning, I am rolling back the mod and recomitting the last couple updates.

Hopefully this fixes things!
