Minor fix related to Extended Diplomacy Ribbon in multiplayer.

Matched the last version of Extended Diplomacy Ribbon.

- Added a new condition for stat visibility: if a civilization has not been met before, no information is available. Previously some info was visible on the world rankings.

- Fixed cultural information visibility for teams in world ranking.

- Fixed Better World Ranking overall team stat display. Team stats are the average of the team players except for taken capitals which is the total of capitals the team took.

- Fixed Concise UI compatibility: stats are correctly hidden in Concise UI's win conditions.

- Fixed hard crashes (unhandled exceptions) related to Extended Diplomacy Ribbon integration.
