- Added new building, Guard's outpost
- Added new easter eggs
- Made some small changes to the border itself
- Added credits to the cars themselves

Made the alarm sound effect come out from the top speaker :)

Fixed the new weather :P I capitalized the name inside the code when it wasn't so it didn't load the correct weather.
