Refurbishment Update

- Greatly expanded the animation pool of NPCs, they now have much more animations to draw from as compared to before.

- Added Death animations.

- Added 1 New Faction: The US 1st Infantry Division Forces.

- Reworked NPC models of Soviet Regular Forces.

- Wholesale replacement of low resolution textures with new HD textures, most upscaled to 2048x2048 while maintaining game performance.

- Revamped existing NPC models with more historically accurate gearkits.

- Replaced most skins of different forces in the pack with much more accurate and authentic historical skins.

- Adjusted weapon loadout of classes of some forces.

- Readjusted sound level volume of NPCs.

- Numerous Other Minor Bug Fixes and Improvements.
