Very minor but important fix, saints blade level was mixed up (2 and 3 internally) and this fixes that.

Basically his melting has been standardized as well as torch gain from skills
[Weak: Sever / Flicker], [Strong: March / Embrace]
weak being 3/4/4/5/5 at max torch.
strong being 4/6/6/8/8 at max torch.


Stats were reworked and some skills lost/gained effects

Pilgrim march has -crit modifier now
Embrace dodge debuff in high light / speed debuff in low light
Embrace gained Halos dodge debuff & lost disable stress (messes with monster AI)
Blessed Kindling 50% move chance to 25%

As a precursory, we are not trying to change the way Lumi feels when playing in the Extreme High (76-100) or Extreme Low (0-25) light in any large fashion (Though some skills have been tweaked to refine their identity and effectiveness).
These changes are aimed at fleshing out and making actually viable the Illuminator's third major playstyle, Middle (26-75) light, where direct power is exchanged for flexibility.

NOTE: Due to reworking internal names you need to rebuy his battle skills.
