Fixed halo melt tooltip effect 2 missing "Light" at the end of the string

Added tooltip to flicker to actually show melt dmg

Updated Pictures of Battle and Camp skills so that your eyes dont hurt from white background and my (Roult's) terrible MS Paint skills.
