Vimeo has been reduced to a video hosting site for filmmakers showreel websites.

- Remove age bypass mechanic and disable its service
The age bypass has not worked for a while and there is no likelihood that it will ever work again

* Fix URL service that no videos could be requested
* Fix consent button showing on Dailymotion player
* URL videos and images now show file name instead of link in title

* Youtube now works without instances, ads and age restrictions are bypassed.
