Added new trooper types. Fixed multiple bugs & optimized a lot of things.

Added new medical uniforms & royal guards. Updated the code to be a little more optimized, removed some excess effects off of the SNPC impact FX, this was cutting frames quite a bit but should be good now.

Fixed the E-Web with an unkown particle effect issue that could have led to potential crashing.
