Adjusted some code in the ceiling fan scripts, in the police station. The fans will now slow down to a stop when damaged or when the main breaker is off.

-The radio tower's light in Classic now flashes like a real tower beacon.

-Rotated some antennas throughout the map towards the tower.

Added 2 towers to the Classic map. The taller one exists in Classic and Villa, while the smaller one is taken from Realms and now exists in Classic as well.
