Added floor counter screens to all floors and inside the elevator cabin.

These will display the floor the elevator is currently on.

The screens are not affected by the breaker switch, yet.

Changed look of the main building.

Changed the arcade cabinets in the lobby to control panels attached to the wall.

Added workshop links to the screen beside the elevator.

Removed the "Options" button. Pressing play will now bring up the options screen by default.

Added credits screen to the arcade cabinet beside the elevator.

Fixed the play button, somewhat. Pressing it will immediately reload the map to default layers. These layers can be changed in the script if you know what you're doing.

Lift changes - not thoroughly tested but it should work more efficiently.
