Significant damage reductions to the Glaive, Sigma, and Raptor.
Added explosive effect to Raptor bullets.
Increased speed of shrapnel and HEAT rounds.
Changed round names for various ammo types.
Lowered the mass of nearly all ammo types in order to be more realistic.
