Jab
- Fixed Jab Whiff code; Allowing you to buffer tilts out of jab whiff and turn around tilts.
- Lowered the base knockback
- Removed the angle flipper
- Jab 1 now forces flinch

Nspec
- The doll seems to refuse to be destroyed... Might have to check that. For now it remains unable to be destroyed.

Ftilt
- Gave window 1 and 2 hspeed type 0, window 1 hspeed of 2 (this is to make it so if you ftilt out of dash you retain some momentum and go farther)

Nair, Utilt, Dair.
- Lowered the base hitpause of the multihits to make the moves on hit play a little faster
- Utilt specifically made the move shorter by loweing the length of window 2 by 5.

Misc
- Seija now has a victory theme!
- Seija now has a victory screen!

- Completely modified the Vspeed value Formula, hopefully it doesn't do jank anymore (thanks JPEG)

MISC Changes
- Added a Yuuto, Sagume, Jevil and Gamzee alt
- Fixed the Window errors with Dash attack. Should be fine now in Woodcock.
- Switched Utilt's Animation from Spin_Longer to just Spin

- Fspecial will add more speed to the opponent the slower they go. Basically, at 0 hsp it's *2, at 20 hsp it's *1, it scales proportionally and stops at 20. (for exemple, 10 hsp is *1.5, so the opponent's speed will now be 15 in the opposite direction)
