Reupload of the collision fix, I fuged up and choose the wrong mod folder lst time.

Fixed a nasty issue with collision rules that made it so all the fules after a match will executte regardless of if the source matches or not, lol.

Added a foolproof patch to the item that happens to be called "All Items", I legit laughed my ass of when this came up...

Fixed a crash that happened when you used onstart pill rules and closed the menu by pausing.
