- Some improvements to the active item selection

-Fixed an issue with add charge on pocket item where it actually substracted charges baded on the main charge

- Added descriptions for the new active special(whoops)

- Added the option to choose where the charges go on the add charge special
- Changed the default to thr add charge special to affect all active items being held

- Fixed an issue where Player Bomb Explosion rules were triggering for any kind of explosion

- Added Death certificate, Red and Blue Room types
- Added extra descriptions to Move To Room specials
- Fixed go to random room specials
- Fixed an issue with stop rules special and item rules
- Fixed an issue with replace rooms where the pits were wonky

- Fixed an issue with the Replace room special deleting familiars

- Added a few "Use Random Item" button shortcut on some random screens, dunno if Ill keep those
- Added the new Super Secret Pool to the pool special
- Added the 1.7.5 patch changes to existing pools

- Fixed a crash related to custom cards
- Fixed a fatal error on AB+ that prevented the mod from working entirely
- Fixed some random errors

- Added the new Fetus tear
- Fixed Item/Trinket/card Descriptions
