Update for V2.4

Update this mod for V2.3 (Whack-a-mole update).
New blueprints:
3 new weapons: Oven Axe, Toothpick and Tombstone
3 new mutations: No Mercy, Point Blank and Barbed Tips

Prisoner's room size has been changed to 65*58 , therefore we can create a showcase to add more than 70 blueprints of Runes and Mutations.
Add mutations blueprints.

Change Rune's marker from FixedBlueprint to FixedLoot. This will fix the error that picking a Rune has no effect.

Update preview image to give users a whole view of the showcase regions for different blueprints.

Remove un-used preview image to reduce mod size
