- Neutral Special (Blizzara) ice shard can be hit once in its charged state to demote it to its uncharged state. This allows for more counterplay against freeze. It can only be hit by physical attacks and not projectiles.

- Fixed an infinite in which Terra could use charged Down Strong to bury an opponent and immediately hit with Down Special to regain charge and repeat the charged Down Strong bury effect. Buried opponents hit again with charged Down Strong now receive a brief bury immunity, making the infinite no longer possible.
