Update the gun of the Hira to be non swappable to keep the shotgun effect.

Moved the terminal set up a lil bit so the junction box is selectable

Updates to improve the nuclear scuttle function:

- Multiplex the scuttle checks wifi to use 2 less channels
- Lights on the scuttle checks of demo sub now show proper state of check on shuttle
- Remote scuttle only works on remote mode now
