Reduced the size of all Gazer aerials (except nair because no one uses it).

Fixed a visual bug involving the Wretch outline.

Nerfed the Gazer's Ftilt launch power.

Reduced the damage on Dtilt because for some reason it did 8 damage.

Reduced the luanch power on The Eye's Bair.

Forgot to actually buff Wretch in previous patch, woops!

+ Wretch now has set launch angle

+Wretch starts out weaker than previous, but has higher scaling on the launch power.

Additionally fixed a few extra glitches here and there.

Fair and Nair have slightly more lag

Wretch won't activate and will instead despawn if you are in a combo.

Gazer health was buffed

The Eye is now significantly lighter

Because of how many nerfs the gazer, wretch and actually character have been getting, the Wretch now has more power.

v1.9

Huge Gazer Nerfs:

+ Gazer can now be destroyed by parrying its attacks (except jab).
+ Gazer health reduced from 16 to 6. If this is too low I'll try boosting it back up a bit, but previously almost nothing could kill the Gazer.
+ Gazer now takes longer to respawn when killed or parried.
+ Gazer Up Tilt buffed so that it actually can kill like it was supposed to.
+ Made it so the Gazer can't get launched by hitboxes unless they deal damage (Zephrie stooopid hitbox problem is fixed)

The Eye Nerfs:

+ Dash Attack's scaling has been greatly reduced however its base launchpower has been increased to compensate. It shouldn't allow you to get early kills now.
+ Up Special got the same treatment as Dash Attack, less scaling slightly higher base launchpower.
+ Up tilt is smaller now, so you won't randomly get pulled into it from behind.
+ Some sounds adjusted, will need further testing to see if more must be done to them.
