Reduced Gazer health from 24 to 16. Hopefully you'll be able to kill it a bit easier now.

Added some additional time after using the the Strong attacks in which you cannot use them again. This is to prevent just spamming the strongs as an infinte in certain matchups, plus should help balance them.

Made it so you can't activate the push ability while using Up Special.
