- compatibility update for the v1.4.0 patch

- added Brythonic as a Celtic pagan faith
- added three new holy sites
- added three new holy orders
- added the Poet trait as a virtue for the Celtic religion group (to represent the Bards)
- added a winter terrain modifier for War Chariots
- added some extra Celtic pagan flavour text
- replaced a couple of +0.1 Health holy site modifiers with less OP alternatives
- changed a few existing Celtic holy sites to use the county rather than a specific barony (as some aren't yet created)
