Changed trigger event to fix for Sumeria, fixed civilian and support formation, removed barbarian raider from pool, updated improvement net (again) to account for industry and corporation, generally cleaned/pruned code.

Updated catch to include units that already have the sight ability and units that already have a formation, plus a tiered formation mechanic to handle both corps and army.
