Added a simple standalone A-Frame gear for use at the top of lift hills or elsewhere. Fixed the double motor being louder than intended. Fixed the license file not being properly attached to the small motor. Minor adjustments to scripts to sanitize input better, and other minor tweaks.

Fixed SCO origins, adjusted sound location for all motors, added 2nd sound source for the double motor, removed some unused polys, and defined better clipping values.

Added better chain texture (with new normal map as well), added motor sounds, added spinning gear to small motor, and fixed model origins (may require you to reposition any existing motors in your park).
